NOVELTY - Preparing light weight and high-strength automobile wheel cover plate comprises e.g. (i) cross laying reinforcing fibers after fiber opening, and rolling and laminating to obtain the reinforcing fiber web; (ii) mixing silk fibroin, polylactic acid, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, polyethylene oxide and solvent evenly to prepare a dispersion, adding graphene, treating ultrasonically, and concentrating to spinning solution; (iii) electrospinning the spinning solution, receiving the spun silk fibroin nanofibers to obtain uniform deposition of silk fibroin nanofibers, needle punching and receiving spinning of reinforcing fiber web to obtain the composite fiber web; and (iv) spraying polyurethane adhesive on the side of the composite fiber web, unwinding non-woven fabric and polyester film on polyurethane adhesive in turn, coating polyurethane adhesive between non-woven fabric and polyester film, cold-pressing, cutting and punching into wheel cover plate. USE - The method is useful for preparing light weight and high-strength automobile wheel cover plate. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares automobile wheel cover plate with high strength, light weight, good sound absorbing effect, and strong hydrophobic property, and which does not easy to adhere muddy water, long-term and hot metal contact, and easy to deform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing light weight and high-strength automobile wheel cover plate comprises (i) cross laying the reinforcing fibers after fiber opening, and rolling and laminating to obtain the reinforcing fiber web; (ii) mixing silk fibroin, polylactic acid, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, polyethylene oxide and solvent evenly to prepare a dispersion, adding graphene of 0.15-0.2 times the weight of the dispersion, treat ultrasonically, and concentrating to 6-15 wt.% spinning solution; (iii) electrospinning the spinning solution, receiving the spun silk fibroin nanofibers on one side of the reinforcing fiber web to obtain uniform deposition of silk fibroin nanofibers on the reinforcing fiber web, and needle punching and receiving spinning of reinforcing fiber web for 30-40 minutes to obtain the composite fiber web; and (iv) spraying polyurethane adhesive on the side of the composite fiber web that does not receive silk fibroin nanofibers, unwinding the non-woven fabric and polyester film on the polyurethane adhesive in turn, coating polyurethane adhesive between non-woven fabric and polyester film, cold-pressing, cutting and punching into wheel cover plate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for lightweight and high-strength automobile wheel cover plate, prepared as mentioned above.
