NOVELTY - The lamp has an LED filament substrate that is provided with a filament substrate (1). A surface of the filament substrate is formed with multiple grooves (2) that are distributed in an array along radial direction. The grooves are etched with an LED chip (3). The adjacent LED chips are electrically connected by a lead. A cooling structure is provided with the heat control film that is covered on the surface of LED substrate. An array through hole is formed between a graphene film (4) and a metal layer (5). A back of the metal layer is etched with fluorescent powder particles. The barrier structure comprising an aerogel film (7) is coated on the surface of the metal layer and a glass powder is filled on the surface of the aerogel film. The metal layer is silver layer or aluminium layer. The fluorescent powder is contained with aluminate green powder, nitrogen oxide green powder, and nitrogen oxide red powder and fluoride red powder. USE - Aerogel intelligent light street lamp. ADVANTAGE - The lamp uses the cooling structure to quickly diffuse the LED filament heat, increase radiation heat exchange amount, at the same time, insulating heat returns to the LED lamp filament, realizing effective control of LED lamp working temperature, so as to prolong the service life of the lamp. The lamp etches the fluorescent powder on the back of the metal layer, giving better light emitting uniformity and stability of LED filament. The LED filament volume is reduced, thus reducing the radiating block caused by the glue layer setting. The barrier structure is provided with a barrier structure, using aerogel film dispersing glass powder, realizing glass film flexible, improving the gas gel simply as the mechanical strength of the external heat insulation film, forming protection for the filament device.
