NOVELTY - High-strength durable porcelain insulator cement adhesive comprises silicate cement, sand, modified graphene, calcium sulfoaluminate, early-strength polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, silicon dioxide powder and water. The preparation of modified graphene involves (a) preparing aqueous solution of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, dispersing graphene oxide in the aqueously solution of the hexadeyltrimethylammoniumbromide to form suspension, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for the turbid liquid, adding oleic acid and stearic acid into cyclohexane suspension, (b) dispersing the solid phase B in deionized water, (c) adding ammonium persulfate into dispersion, (d) adding acrylic acid, (e) separating solid and liquid, washing deionizing water solid phase and drying to obtain the modified graphene, adding polyether amine to the water dispersion, sealing, heating , cooling, separating solid and liquid, washing deionized water solid phase, drying, obtain the modified graphene. USE - The high-strength durable porcelain insulator cement adhesive is useful in a rubber-mounted ceramic insulator for supporting and insulating. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength durable ceramic insulator cement adhesive has improved intensity value, and enhances the ability of the porcelain insulator to resist damage and rupture under severe weather conditions.
