NOVELTY - A graphene wire comprises conductor which is concentrically coated with a graphene-based blend shielding layer, and concentrically coated with an insulating layer on the graphene-based blend shielding layer to form insulated core, an insulated core which is arranged tangentially, and an outer sheath layer coated on outer side of insulated core, and wrapped outside wrapping layer, and a graphene conductive coating provided outside outer sheath layer. The graphene-based blend shielding layer is blend of graphene-based copolymer with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. USE - Graphene wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene wire has high conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, durability and uniform electric field effect, and long service life. The graphene wire is obtained by simple and economical method. The conductor is chemically doped graphene fibers. The graphene-based blend shielding layer is blend of graphene-based copolymer with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
