NOVELTY - A graphene wire comprises conductor which is concentrically coated with a graphene-based blend shielding layer, and concentrically coated with an insulating layer on the graphene-based blend shielding layer to form insulated core, an insulated core which is arranged tangentially, and an outer sheath layer coated on outer side of insulated core, and wrapped outside wrapping layer, and a graphene conductive coating provided outside outer sheath layer. The graphene-based blend shielding layer is blend of graphene-based copolymer with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. USE - Graphene wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene wire has high conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, durability and uniform electric field effect, and long service life. The graphene wire is obtained by simple and economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene wire comprises conductor which is concentrically coated with a graphene-based blend shielding layer, and concentrically coated with an insulating layer on the graphene-based blend shielding layer to form an insulated core which is arranged tangentially, an outer sheath layer coated on the outer side of insulated core, and outer sheath layer which is wrapped outside wrapping layer and a graphene conductive coating layer provided outside outer sheath layer for grounding connection. The conductor is chemically doped graphene fibers. The graphene-based blend shielding layer is blend of graphene-based copolymer with an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
