NOVELTY - Preparing uniform cell containing graphene wood plastic micro foaming material comprises e.g. (i) alkali cleaning wood powder, filtering and drying, mixing with silicon micropowder and graphene under inert gas atmosphere, co-dispersing through ultrasonic wave and vacuum, washing with water, and drying surface alkali treated wood powder under action of alkali, and making silicon micropowder and wood powder, and linking graphene to a fine powder to obtain composite powder, (b) mixing composite powder with resin, zeolite molecular sieve, stirring at high speed, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material, (iii) extruding using twin-screw extruder and granulating the mixed material to obtain mixed particles, and (iv) adding 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent into obtained mixed pellet, mixing uniformly, adding into injection machine, uniformly molding wood-plastic compound material by micro-foaming injection to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing uniform cell containing graphene wood plastic micro foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The method: eliminates moisture in the bamboo powder; reduces high temperature and damage of wood powder structure; and has safe and efficient drying method. The foaming material has excellent interface with resin, regular shape, small pore size, and uniform distribution, excellent foaming quality, excellent surface hardness, excellent toughness and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing uniform cell containing graphene wood plastic micro foaming material comprises (i) alkali cleaning 50-80 pts. wt. wood powder, filtering and drying, mixing with 5-12 pts. wt. silicon micropowder and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene under inert gas atmosphere, co-dispersing through ultrasonic wave and vacuum, washing with water, and drying surface alkali treated wood powder under action of alkali, and making silicon micropowder and wood powder, and linking graphene to a fine powder to obtain composite powder, (b) mixing 25-30 pts. wt. composite powder with 72-88 pts. wt. resin, 2-4 pts. wt. zeolite molecular sieve, stirring at high speed for 20-30 minutes, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material, (iii) extruding using twin-screw extruder and granulating the mixed material to obtain mixed particles, and (iv) adding 2-4 pts. wt. foaming agent into 96-98 pts. wt. obtained mixed pellet, mixing uniformly, adding into injection machine, uniformly molding wood-plastic compound material by micro-foaming injection to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for uniform cell containing graphene wood plastic micro foaming material is prepared by above mentioned method.
