NOVELTY - Lightweight drone shell material formulation comprises 40-73 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 30-65 pts. wt. bisphenol F type epoxy resin, 6-14 pts. wt. titanium nanoparticles, 15-27 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 2-8 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-4 pts. wt. colorant. USE - Lightweight drone shell material formulation for preparing a lightweight and high-strength drone housing having a wave transmission requirement. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight drone shell material formulation is suitable for low-pressure molding process, and has low density, high intensity, excellent dielectric properties, simple preparation process, high production capacity, and important practical application value.
