NOVELTY - Graphene self-lubricating anti-drag coating comprises 15-20 pts. wt. polystyrene, 10-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 5-10 pts. wt. methyl ether acetate, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 3-7 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. epoxy acrylate resin, 10-15 pts. wt. nano powder, 10-15 pts. wt. white ceramic powder, 8-17 pts. wt. aromatic amine resin, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. flatting agent and 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Graphene self-lubricating anti-drag coating used in reducing resistance of mechanical device (claimed) and for automobile steel plate bushing and steering pull rod bearing preparation. ADVANTAGE - The coating effectively improve the relationship between the torque and the pressure of the high-end fastener, so that the fastener bear a larger load, and is not easy to lose. The coating solves the problem of locking and engaging of the firmware, and the surface is coated with a high-end fastener of lubricating coating. The high fastening piece is repeatedly loosened and locked for multiple times, and the screw tooth is not damaged.
