▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing reinforced and toughened modified graphene non-oxide ceramic materials comprises (i) performing surface functionalization treatment on hexagonal boron nitride to obtain functionalized boron nitride nanosheets, coupling with aminophenyl diazonium salt to obtain modified boron nitride nanosheets, (ii) adding graphene oxide to organic solvent containing N-hydroxysuccinimide, ultrasonically stirring, adding modified boron nitride nanosheets for stirring reaction to obtain modified graphene grafted with boron nitride nanosheets, (iii) modifying nanoparticles using epoxy silane coupling agent to obtain epoxy grafted modified nanoparticles, dispersing in organic solvent, adding modified graphene grafted to perform stirring reaction to obtain modified graphene grafted with boron nitride nanosheets and nanoparticles, and (iv) immersing in non-oxide organic precursor solution, solidifying and sintering at high temperature to obtain modified graphene non-oxide ceramic material. USE - The method is useful for preparing reinforced and toughened modified graphene non-oxide ceramic materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: enables preparation of reinforced and toughened modified graphene oxide non-oxide ceramic material with excellent dispersibility, compatibility, self performance, reinforcing effect and toughening effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reinforced and toughened modified graphene non-oxide ceramic material, prepared by above method.
