NOVELTY - A dye-sensitized solar cell comprises composite counter electrode, working electrode and electrolyte, where the composite electrode comprises composite layer disposed on a substrate, the composite layer comprises graphene sheet and doped metal oxide nanoparticles mixtures, the working electrode comprises composite layer positioned between the substrate and the working electrode, and the electrolyte is disposed between the composite counter electrode and the working electrode. USE - Dye-sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The cell has excellent electrical conductivity properties, good electrical connection property and increased photoelectric conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing dye-sensitized solar cell, which involves mixing graphene sheet, doped metal oxide nanoparticles and solvent to form a mixture, applying the mixture on a substrate, drying to form a composite layer on the substrate, followed by providing a working electrode having composite layer positioned between the substrate and the working electrode, providing one electrolyte at the working electrode and the pair electrode between composite to obtain the finished product.
