NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene oxide-protamine/sodium alginate composite material involves (i) breaking a commercially available graphene oxide aqueous dispersion with an ultrasonic cell disrupter into small size graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, (ii) dissolving protamine sulfate in deionized water to obtain solution (a), (iii) slowly adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to solution (a), magnetically stirring, suction filtering the mixture for three times with a millipore filter, dispersing in pure water to obtain graphene oxide-protamine aqueous dispersion. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-protamine/sodium alginate composite material used in drug release application and drug release control application (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene oxide-protamine/sodium alginate composite material with high stability, and long-term drug release property, and reduces the side effects of drug.
