NOVELTY - Sealing composite material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. PTFE resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 0.1-20 pts. wt. mineral fiber and 0.1-1 pt. wt. antimony trioxide. USE - The composite material is useful for hydraulic oil cylinder and as seal ring of hydraulic oil cylinder, piston rod of hydraulic oil cylinder, or piston of hydraulic oil cylinder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has extremely low friction coefficient, excellent thermal stability, corrosion resistance, self-lubricating performance, high temperature resistance and friction resistance when used in the preparation of hydraulic cylinder seals, and improves the performance of the seals under the severe working conditions of the cylinder.
