NOVELTY - A high-hardness antibacterial aqueous graphene metal rust-proof primer comprises 40-45 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 5.8-6.4 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.4-5.1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. urea, 8-9 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 12-15 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 0.6-0.9 pt. wt. nano-barium metaborate, 2.3-2.7 pts. wt. seaweed nano cellulose, 3-4 pts. wt. Aloe vera plant extract, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. methyltriacetoxysilane, 20-22 pts. wt. pigment and proper amount of deionized water. USE - High-hardness antibacterial aqueous graphene metal rust-proof primer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-hardness antibacterial aqueous graphene metal rust-proof primer has excellent corrosion resistance, rust resistance and mildew-proof functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-hardness antibacterial aqueous graphene metal rust-proof primer, which involves: (1) grinding calcined kaolin over 120-140 mesh sieve, adding ethyl acetate into high-mixing machine, stirring at high-speed for 10-15 minutes, performing high-temperature treatment at 700-805 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature by adding seaweed nano-cellulose, and ultrasonically grinding for 40-50 minutes to obtain modified mixed powder; (2) mixing A.vera plant extract with 1-2 times the total weight of deionized water, adding methyltriacetoxysilane to ultrasonic dispersion for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, nano-barium metaborate, stirring and mixing, leaving still under water bath at 85-95 degrees C for 8-10 hours, putting into mixer, stirring at high-speed of 30 rpm for 30 seconds, filtering, washing to neutral, drying to obtain modified graphene; (3) washing waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, then adding to 1.5-2 times the total weight of mixed solvent, stirring to completely dissolve, adding acrylate emulsion and urea under mixing, placing in water bath at 55-65 degrees C, and quickly stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified acrylate emulsion; and (4) adding resulting materials obtained in steps (1) and (2) to deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, dripping pigment for 30-60 minutes under high-speed stirring, ball-milling to particle size of below 60 mu m, adding modified acrylate emulsion obtained in step (3) to continuously carry out dispersion, degassing under vacuum pressure of 0.1 MPa for 1-2 hours, filtering and discharging.
