▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A thermal radiation film (1) has heat-transfer layer (10) formed by uniformly dispersed graphene microparticles and carbon nanotube. Mass ratio of the carbon nanotube with respect to the total graphene microparticles and carbon nanotube is 0.05-0.2. The graphene microparticles are substantially arranged in the surface direction of the heat-transfer layer in parallel. Heat-transfer layer has a density of greater than or equal to 1.9 g/cm3, and heat conductivity beyond 600 W/mK. USE - Thermal radiation film for electronic devices such as notebook computer, smart phone, tablet terminal, and mobile phones. ADVANTAGE - Cracking is suppressed, has high heat conductivity and variation in performance is prevented. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of thermal radiation film; and (2) manufacturing apparatus of thermal radiation film.
