NOVELTY - Preparing orientation arrangement magnetic carbon fiber graphene composite film comprises e. g. (i) adding the carbon fiber into the dispersing agent, stirring, sonicating, vacuum filtering, drying, stirring the dried solid and the first mixture and refluxing in an oil bath at 80-90 degrees C, diluting, filtering in deionized water, washing with water until the filtrate is neutral and drying, mixing the dried solid with the second mixture, soaking, adding alkaline solution into 80-90 degrees C oil bath until large amount of precipitate is produced, allowing to stand, washing with deionized water and filtering until the filtrate is neutral and drying to obtain magnetic carbon fiber powder, mixing nitric acid and sulfuric acid in a mass ratio of 1:1-3:2, obtaining the first mixed liquid, where the second mixture is a ferric chloride solution and a ferrous chloride solution and the mass ratio of Fe3+ to Fe2+ is 2:1-3:1; and (ii) dispersing the magnetic carbon fiber powder ultrasonically in a solvent. USE - The composite film is useful for light emitting diode heat dissipation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film enhances the mechanical performance of the composite film, improves the layer quality and increases the heat-conducting property of the composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing orientation arrangement magnetic carbon fiber graphene composite film comprises (i) adding the carbon fiber into the dispersing agent, stirring, sonicating, vacuum filtering, drying, stirring the dried solid and the first mixture and refluxing in an oil bath at 80-90 degrees C, diluting, filtering in deionized water, washing with water until the filtrate is neutral and drying, mixing the dried solid with the second mixture, soaking, adding alkaline solution into 80-90 degrees C oil bath until large amount of precipitate is produced, allowing to stand, washing with deionized water and filtering until the filtrate is neutral and drying to obtain magnetic carbon fiber powder, mixing nitric acid and sulfuric acid in a mass ratio of 1:1-3:2, obtaining the first mixed liquid, where the second mixture is a ferric chloride solution and a ferrous chloride solution, the mass ratio of Fe3+ to Fe2+ is 2:1-3:1; (ii) dispersing the magnetic carbon fiber powder ultrasonically in a solvent, pouring into a suction filter funnel with magnetic poles on opposite sides, allowing to stand, stabilizing the magnetic carbon fiber by the magnetic field, suction filtering and washing, dropping dispersion of graphene oxide having concentration of 2-6 mg/ml to form film, and drying; and (iii) removing the composite membrane from the membrane, adding into the mold and pressurizing, adding into the tube furnace, introducing protective gas, heating to 1000-1500 degrees C and maintaining.
