USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial hydrophobic epoxy resin paint. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial hydrophobic epoxy resin paint: has excellent mechanical performance and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial hydrophobic epoxy resin paint, comprises (1) mixing 10-15 pts. wt. crystalline aluminum trioxide with absolute ethanol (18-23 times of crystalline aluminum trioxide) under stirring condition to obtain a crystalline aluminum trichloride solution, stirring uniformly, dropping 20-30 pts. wt. acetylacetone under stirring condition, stirring resulting solution at 50 degrees C for 1-2 hours under a water bath condition, spray drying, adding 1-5 pts. wt. liquid paraffin, mixing uniformly under stirring condition, then stirring at room temperature for 5-8 hours, and drying to constant weight to obtain hydrophobically modified crystalline aluminum trioxide, (2) dropping 70-80 pts. wt. liquid epoxy resin into 1-5 pts. wt. citric acid solution, heating to 110-150 degrees C, adding hydrophobic modified crystalline aluminum trioxide obtained in the step (1), heating to 80-100 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified liquid epoxy resin, (3) calcining 10-15 pts. wt. barium hydroxide and 10-15 pts. wt. zinc oxide, drying in hot air drying box at 120-125 degrees C for 3-4 hours, high temperature calcining at 1500-1600 degrees C for 2-4 hours, adding 5-12 pts. wt. starch, then grinding to 200-300 meshes, and (4) adding 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate into 100-150 pts. wt. water, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding product obtained in the step (3), stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding 40-60 pts. wt. diatomite, stirring for 15-20 minutes, adding modified liquid epoxy resin obtained in the step (2), stirring for 20-25 minutes, adding 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, and mixing uniformly.
