▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing zinc phosphate/graphene oxide composite anticorrosive pigment, involves (i) placing graphene oxide in deionized water, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a stable graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (ii) adding zinc salt solution in a stirring state to the dispersion solution, and continuously stirring for a while after the dropwise addition is complete, (iii) after fully bounding the zinc ions on the negatively charged graphene oxide surface, adding required amount of phosphate solution, and completing the reaction, and (iv) filtering, washing and drying to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing zinc phosphate/graphene oxide composite anticorrosive pigment. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent dispersibility in the coating, exhibits both physical shielding and chemical passivation, improves the anti-corrosion performance of coatings, is convenient and has excellent practicability.
