NOVELTY - Bacteriostatic fluffy blended cotton yarn comprises a core layer yarn and a shell layer yarn wound on the core layer yarn, where the core layer yarn comprises 20-30 pts. wt. soluble fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. antibacterial polypropylene filament, and the shell layer yarn comprises 60-65 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. hollow coffee carbon polyester fiber; performing cotton fiber lye scouring, washing with water, drying to obtain pretreated cotton fiber; adding banana peel extract, peony peel extract and witch hazel extract into water, and mixing to obtain an antibacterial and antifungal agent; mixing pretreated cotton fiber and the antibacterial and antifungal agent, ultrasonically treating, drying to obtain anti bacterially treated cotton fiber; soaking anti bacterially treated cotton fibers in a dispersion containing oxidation graphene osmotic agent and water, dispersing, drying, restoring with hydrosulfite, washing with water, and drying to obtain pretreated cotton fibers. USE - The bacteriostatic fluffy blended cotton yarn is useful for technical field of textile. ADVANTAGE - The bacteriostatic fluffy blended cotton yarn has good bulkiness, high bacteriostasis rate and long bacteriostatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bacteriostatic fluffy blended cotton yarn comprises a core layer yarn and a shell layer yarn wound on the core layer yarn, where the core layer yarn comprises 20-30 pts. wt. soluble fiber, 20-30 pts. wt. antibacterial polypropylene filament, and the shell layer yarn comprises 60-65 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. hollow coffee carbon polyester fiber; performing cotton fiber lye scouring, and water-bath ratio is 1:20-30, washing with water, drying to obtain pretreated cotton fiber; adding banana peel extract, peony peel extract and witch hazel extract into water, and mixing to obtain an antibacterial and antifungal agent; mixing the pretreated cotton fiber and the antibacterial and antifungal agent according to the water-bath ratio of 1:25-30, ultrasonically treating at 80-90℃ for 20-30 minutes, washing with water, and drying to obtain anti bacterially treated cotton fiber; soaking the anti bacterially treated cotton fibers in a dispersion containing oxidation graphene osmotic agent and water, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-60 minutes, washing with water, drying, restoring with hydrosulfite, washing with water, and drying to obtain pretreated cotton fibers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the bacteriostatic fluffy blended cotton yarn, comprising opening the hollow coffee carbon polyester fiber and cotton fiber, carding and drawing to obtain shell yarn; mixing soluble fiber and antibacterial polypropylene filament, opening, carding and drawing to obtain core yarn; drawing the sheath yarn and the core yarn and twisting to make a mixed yarn, soaking the mixed yarn in water at 90-95℃, washing with water, drying, dipping in an antibacterial finishing solution, padding, and drying to obtain a cotton yarn.
