▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of zero-dimensional nano-carbon material-origami structure DNA composite material comprises separately configuring origami DNA dispersion and graphene quantum dot aqueous dispersion to obtain composite material, mixing to react, concentrating and performing dialysis on reacted mixed solution to remove excess graphene quantum dots. The volume ratio of origami DNA dispersion to graphene quantum dot aqueous dispersion is 0.5:1-2:1. USE - The method is for preparation of zero-dimensional nano-carbon material-origami structure DNA composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has attachment of graphene quantum dots to the surface of origami DNA structure and improves environmental adaptability of origami DNA.
