▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/nano zinc oxide photocatalytic material is prepared by mixing carbon nanotube and graphene oxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain carbon nanotube/silicon oxide graphene suspension, adding dihydrate zinc acetate solution, ultrasonically dispersing at 20-40 degrees C to obtain mixed solution, spray drying to obtain powder product, calcining under inert atmosphere at 200-300 degrees C for 1-2 hours, heating to 700-800 degrees C, keeping temperature for 1-2 hours, and cooling. The mass ratio of carbon nanotubes to graphene oxide is 1-3:1-3. The mass ratio of dihydrate zinc acetate, carbon nanotube and graphene oxide is 60-100:1-3:1-3. USE - Method for preparing graphene/nano zinc oxide photocatalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The material has visible light strong absorption and high activity. The method is simple, and high efficiency and no pollution.
