▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - System comprises a screen printed paper electrode (SPPE) having an amine linked capture probe (Lipl-41) immobilized on the SPPE, where working surface the SPPE is washed several times using a phosphate-buffer saline to activate the working surface of the SPPE, and an amino linked single stranded DNA (ssDNA) probe added to the activated working surface of the SPPE and incubated in a humid chamber for 4 hours to form an ssDNA probe modified electrode, where the ssDNA probe modified electrode is washed using Tris-EDTA (TE) buffer to recapture excessive probe, a leptospiremic genomic DNA is denatured and hybridized with the ssDNA probe modified electrode for 10 minutes at a room temperature, and a cyclic voltammogram (CV) analysis is performed using methylene blue to compute sensibility of the system and impedimetric spectroscopy (EIS) studies is recorded using potassium ferricyanide to confirm hybridization event that occurs on the working surface of the SPPE. USE - The system is useful for: timely diagnosis of Leptospira interrogans (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for timely diagnosis of Leptospira interrogans.
