▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyvinyl chloride medicine bag sheet comprises e.g. (i) adding concentrated sulfuric acid into three-necked flask slowly in ice-water bath, adding graphite and sodium nitrate in sequence, preferably before adding, grinding graphite and sodium nitrate repeatedly, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, heating, terminating the reaction, stirring, centrifuging and washing to obtain the graphene oxide; (ii) obtaining the mixture of nano scale graphene oxide, washing, freeze-drying, sealing and storing the obtained product; (iii) dispersing a certain amount of nano scale graphene oxide ultrasonically in absolute ethanol to prepare dispersion, adding zinc acetate dihydrate respectively, slowly warming, stirring, heating, cooling, washing, centrifuging and drying to prepare nano scale graphene oxide/zinc oxide particles; and (iv) adding nano scale graphene oxide/zinc oxide particles into the composition system of the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet and calendering. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyvinyl chloride medicine bag sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares polyvinyl chloride medicine bag sheet with anti-pollution and anti-bacterial function without specific device, and easy industrial implementation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyvinyl chloride medicine bag sheet comprises (i) adding 200-250 ml concentrated sulfuric acid into a 1liter three-necked flask slowly in an ice-water bath, adding 10-15 g graphite and 3-5 g sodium nitrate in sequence, preferably before adding, grinding graphite and sodium nitrate repeatedly, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, adding 25-35 g potassium permanganate slowly, stirring mechanically in an ice-water bath for 1.5-2 hours, heating to 30-40℃ to react for 2-2.5 hours, adding 200-250 ml deionized water at 30-40℃ slowly, heating reaction system to 80-90℃, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding 400-500 ml deionized water slowly into the system, stirring for 2 minutes, adding 20-25 ml hydrogen peroxide to terminate the reaction, stirring the reactant continuously for 10-20 minutes, centrifuging, washing repeatedly with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water for many times until the pH of the product is 7 to obtain the graphene oxide; (ii) polycondensing graphene oxide and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid with 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as cross-linking agents for synthesis, ultrasonicating the graphene oxide for 2-3 hours to disperse it in dimethyl formamide, transferring the suspension into a three-necked flask, controlling the temperature of the reactor not to exceed 5℃, adding 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide by stirring, reacting at a speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute for 4-5 hours, adding diethylenetriamine dropwise into the three-necked flask, rapidly stirring at room temperature for 6 hours at 500-600 revolutions/minute to obtain the mixture of nano scale graphene oxide, washing the mixed solution of nano scale graphene oxide for three times with deionized water to remove impurities, placing the product in a petri dish for freeze-drying with a vacuum dryer and sealing and storing the obtained product; (iii) dispersing a certain amount of nano scale graphene oxide ultrasonically in 35 ml absolute ethanol to prepare a 0.5-3 mg/ml dispersion, adding 0.384 g zinc acetate dihydrate respectively, slowly warming up to 70-80℃, dissolving completely, adjusting the temperature of the mixed solution to 65-85°C, rapidly injecting 1-1.5 ml (1.5-2 mol/liter) potassium hydroxide clear solution, stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes, transferring the above-mentioned mixed liquid into a 100 ml polytetrafluoroethylene-lined autoclave, heating to 130-150℃ for 4-5 hours, cooling naturally, washing and centrifuging the prepared samples with deionized water and absolute ethanol respectively, and drying at 50-60℃ to prepare nano scale graphene oxide/zinc oxide particles; and (iv) adding nano scale graphene oxide/zinc oxide particles into the composition system of the polyvinyl chloride medicine packaging sheet, where the mass ratio of polyvinyl chloride to nano scale graphene oxide/zinc oxide is 100:0.02-0.5 and calendering. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyvinyl chloride medicine bag sheet, prepared as mentioned above.
