▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide thermal conductive silicone grease, involves (a) mixing crystalline flake graphite, sodium nitrate, potassium manganese oxide and concentrated sulfuric acid to react to obtain reaction product, diluting reaction product in water, and adding hydrogen peroxide dropwise until brownish yellow occurs to obtain graphene oxide; (b) mixing graphene oxide, thermally conductive powder and ethanol, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain mixed solution, mixing mixed solution with aqueous solution of coupling agent, and reacting to obtain modified graphene oxide; and (c) mixing modified graphene oxide with silicone oil, and reacting to obtain the modified graphene oxide thermal conductive silicone grease. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide thermal conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The silicone grease has high thermal conductivity, and has long service life.
