▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based carbon fiber at room temperature comprises (1) extruding graphene oxide spinning solution into differentiation flow channels, cutting the graphene oxide spinning solution into microfibrillated structures using split grid; (2) extruding the graphene oxide liquid crystal of the microfibrillated structure into the coagulation bath to obtain primary microfibrillated graphene oxide fibers, soaking in stretching bath to make plasticized, where stretching bath is ethanol, acetone, isopropanol, acetic acid, ethyl acetate, methyl alcohol, water, glycerol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, pentaethylene glycol, hydrochloric acid and organic amine or their mixed solvents; (3) carrying out continuous multistage stretching to the fiber, and releasing the interlayer stress; (4) passing the fiber through reduction bath, and carrying out chemical reduction; and (5) subjecting the fully reduced graphene fiber to shaping treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based carbon fiber at room temperature. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need heat treatment in preparing graphene-based carbon fiber, conserves energy, and is environmentally friendly, greatly reduces the cost and realizes the high performance, and prepare graphene-based carbon fiber material with high-strength, high-modulus, high-toughness, high-conductivity, and high heat-conducting characteristics.
