NOVELTY - The method involves drying a conductive substrate (300) and returning the graphene oxide on a surface of the conductive substrate. The conductive substrate is dried, through which the graphene oxide passes through. The dispersion solution is bound in the conductive substrate surface. USE - Method for manufacturing low temperature highly transparent electro-catalysts based on graphene oxide nanosheets for dye-sensitized solar cell (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method involves drying a conductive substrate and returning the graphene oxide on a surface of the conductive substrate, and hence ensures simplified and improved manufacturing method.
