NOVELTY - The device has a data transmission control circuit includes a conversion module for converting an input signal into bias voltage and applying the bias voltage to two of a first graphene fiber. A second graphene fiber emits mid-infrared light under the bias voltage. A data receiving control circuit includes a collection module for collecting current signals flowing through a first graphene fiber. The collection module inputs dark current less than 100 mA to the first graphene fiber. The first graphene fiber converts mid-infrared light into electrical signals under excitation of dark current less than 100mA. USE - Mid-infrared communication device. ADVANTAGE - The device has wide raw material source, and performs batch preparation based on mid-infrared light, ensures stable data transmission and ensures wide application prospect in a digital communication field.
