NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanocomposite material involves dispersing graphite oxide in water, ultrasonically-processing, adding copper oxide, hydrazine hydrate and sodium borohydride, dispersing in water, adding disodium edetate, filtering, washing filtrate, drying, adding epoxy resin, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and nano-boehmite, ultrasonically-dispersing, adding 12-14C fatty glycidyl ether, nano-titanium dioxide, glass beads and camphor, mixing and reacting. USE - Preparation of graphene nanocomposite material used for preparing environmentally-friendly coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene nanocomposite material with improved adhesion property, wear resistance and antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene nanocomposite material involves dispersing graphite oxide in water, ultrasonically-processing to obtain graphite oxide suspension, adding copper oxide, stirring evenly, adjusting pH of solution pH to 9-10, adding hydrazine hydrate and sodium borohydride, stirring at 75-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours, dispersing mixture in water, adding disodium edetate, stirring at room temperature for 12-13 hours, filtering, washing filtrate, drying, adding epoxy resin, ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and nano-boehmite, stirring, ultrasonically-dispersing for 30-40 minutes, adding 12-14C fatty glycidyl ether, nano-titanium dioxide, glass beads and camphor, mixing and reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene nanocomposite material prepared by the method.
