▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-wear-resistant self -lubricating GNPS/ALSI10mg composite material comprises (i) adding graphene, non-ionic surfactants ethyl cellulose to ethanol solvents, filtering ultrasonic auxiliary processing after 1-2 hours, washing, and vacuum drying, (ii) surface modifying, adding graphene and ALSI10mg powder into ethanol solvent, respectively, ultrasonic auxiliary treating for 1-2 hours, mixing the ultrasound assisting treatment for 1-2 hours to obtain a suspended solution, (iii) wet ball mill mixing, (iv) removing suspension solution in the glove box, filtering, washing, and vacuum drying in a tube furnace, boiling for 2-3 hours at 300-400℃, removing surfactant ethyl cellulose in composite powder and get GNPS/ALSI10mg composite powder, and (v) placing GNPS/ALSI10mg composite powder into the graphite mold, pre-pressuring for 5-10 minutes under pressure of 10-20 MPa, sintering and solidifying in discharge plasma sintering system to cool with the furnace. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-wear-resistant self -lubricating GNPS/ALSI10mg composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high matrix hardness, low wear rate, longer service life, improved abrasion resistance performance and avoids the problem of graphene and unevenness brought by traditional methods, and gives full play to the self -lubrication effect of graphene.
