NOVELTY - Transfer method of graphene film graphene comprises (i) forming organic adhesive layer on the surface of the thin film graphene grown on the metal substrate to obtain an organic adhesion layer/graphene substrate composite, (ii) adhering a polymer film/silicon resin layer composite film on the substrate surface of an organic adsorption layer, where the silicon resin layer is in contact with the organic adhesive layer to remove the metal matrix to obtain a polypropylene film/silyl resin layer/organic adhesive layer/tungsten film complex, (iii) attaching the side of the graphene film/the silicon resin sheet/the organic adherence layer/the tungsten substrate composite film to the target substrate, (iv) heating to remove a polyethylene film/ the silicone resin sheet composite film, and (v) removing the organic binding layer with an organic solvent, and removing the silicone adhesive layer. USE - Transfer method of graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the organic glue layer to graphene the thin film and the polymer film/silicone composite layer directly contact avoid damage to the graphene caused by the stress effect when the polysilicon resin layer composite layer is removed by heating. The organic glue has weak interaction with the surface of graphene, it is not easy to remain, it can improve integrity and cleanness of graphene.
