▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube-graphene composite structure comprises transferring self-supporting carbon nanotube film to metal foil surface and covering with metallic layer to obtain substrate; growing graphene on substrate to form substrate and graphene composite structure; and etching and removing metal foil and metal layer. USE - Method for preparing graphene-carbon nanotube-graphene composite structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite structure has improved mechanical property, electrical conductivity and graphene surface area.
