NOVELTY - Production of ordered nanofiber-based flexible graphene film involves dissolving cellulose acetate in acetic acid, mixing to obtain spinning solution, carrying out electrospinning, drying to obtain cellulose acetate film, preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, dissolving graphene oxide in water, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide on base of cellulose acetate film by vacuum filtration, drying to obtain graphene oxide film, thermally-reducing graphene oxide film and using cellulose acetate as substrate capillary action. USE - Production of ordered nanofiber-based flexible graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple production of ordered nanofiber-based flexible graphene film with improved physical interaction and adhesion with substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of ordered nanofiber-based flexible graphene film involves dissolving cellulose acetate in acetic acid, mixing, stirring to obtain a spinning solution, carrying out electrospinning at 29.5 degrees C and humidity of 20%, drying to obtain a cellulose acetate film, preparing graphene oxide by modified Hummers method, dissolving graphene oxide in water, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide on base of cellulose acetate film by vacuum filtration, drying to obtain graphene oxide film, thermally-reducing graphene oxide film by hot-pressing and using cellulose acetate as substrate capillary action to induce preparation of flexible graphene film.
