▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/silicon carbide three-dimensional composite aerogel comprises 23.6-88.9 wt.% graphene and 11.1-76.4 wt.% silicon carbide, where the silicon carbide is silicon carbide nanowire, the graphene is graphene nanosheet, the structure of the aerogel is three-dimensionally connected silicon carbide nano-wire grown in the graphene network, and the density is 5.6-32.6 mg/cm3. USE - The aerogel is useful in preparing electro-catalyst loaded with molybdenum disulfide for hydrogen production. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel ensures good interface between graphene and silicon carbide, thus improving the conductivity and stability, and has simple preparation process and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene/silicon carbide three-dimensional composite aerogel.
