NOVELTY - The generator has a generator main body fixed with a coupling grating array and a nano groove array. The coupling grating array and the nano groove array are fixed on the substrate. A single-layer graphene layer is coated on a substrate. The generator main body is operated in a terahertz and infrared light wave band, where a coupling grating wave vector satisfies a matching condition to excite a surface plasmon special beam and nano groove array lattice constant is changed in x-axis direction. USE - Graphene-based surface plane diffraction type beam generator. ADVANTAGE - The generator improves SPP generator mode binding ability and long beam propagation distance, and ensures micro optical particle manipulation and beam shaping, conveniently tunability and material flexibility, and realizes dynamic regulating performance and easy actual operation. The generator main body is operated in the infrared band and terahertz wave band so s to increase application range.
