▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing optical flexible tension sensing patch involves preparing flexible tape, preparing polystyrene (PS) pellet solution, laying PS balls on flexible tape, stretching flexible tape along the first direction, depositing coating film along the deposition angle in first direction by utilizing inclination angle, rotating the substrate, where rotating azimuth angle is less than 90 degrees, and depositing coating film by utilizing the inclination angle. USE - Method for preparing optical flexible tension sensing patch used in field of flexible electronic and wearable device, and used in tension sensing of electrical property. ADVANTAGE - The prepared optical flexible tension sensing patch has high sensitivity, good restorability, simple preparation process and low cost. The recovery force of the flexible adhesive tape is good, the PS small ball and the adhesive tape is combined with large area to prepare the optical flexible pull sensing patch based on surface plasmon, and preparation steps are simple and measuring result is high precision. The impact is small, so the optical flexible tensile sensor patch has better restoring force, reused, and saves costs.
