NOVELTY - Graphene powder coating comprises 20-30 parts mass polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin, 10-30 parts mass saturated polyester resin, 10-20 parts mass super weather-resistant saturated polyester resin, 20-30 parts mass composite iron oxide and zinc-based filler, 5-10 parts mass composite silane coupling agent, 1-10 parts mass precipitated barium sulfate, and 1-10 parts mass graphene. USE - The graphene powder coating is used for balancing block of automobile i.e. car, installed on wheel in vehicle system. ADVANTAGE - The graphene powder coating reduces powder coating curing temperature, improves spraying efficiency and spraying effect, improves mechanical mechanism stability and anti-corrosion performance, and increases surface tension coefficient of the vehicle balance block coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene powder coating, which involves (i) adding the materials of each component to a mixing tank, stirring and mixing at a low speed of 200-300 rpm for 8 minutes, and mixing at a high speed of 1000-1200 rpm for 6 minutes to obtain a premix, (ii) adding the premix to an extruder to melt and extrude to obtain a semi-finished product, where the extrusion temperature is set in different zones, and (iii) adding the extruded semi-finished product to a grinder for grinding and grading, and controlling the particle size distribution of the finished product so that D50 is 25-30 µm to obtain a target product.
