DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a bimetal oxide and graphene composite material, which involves formulating the graphene oxide into a dispersion having a concentration of 3 mg/ml, adding a metal chloride salt, controlling the concentration of the metal chloride salt of 1-10mmol/l, referring metal chloride salt as a solution 1, formulating the potassium cyanate salt into a solution having the same concentration as the metal chloride salt, referring potassium cyanate salt to as solution 2, stirring the solution 1 and solution 2, adding the solution 2 in to the solution 1 at a volume ratio of 2:3, stirring for 10 minutes, transferring the mixed solution to a high temperature and high pressure reaction kettle, and hydrothermally reacting at 120 degrees C for 6 hours, after natural cooling to obtain the finished product.
