NOVELTY - A graphene-copper base composite material contains 0.01-6 wt.% graphene and balance copper in which graphene is uniformly dispersed in copper matrix. USE - Graphene-copper base composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent electric conduction and thermal conduction, high yield strength, hardness, and wear-resisting property, good corrosion resistance property, and uniform material component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-copper base composite material which involves adding graphene in salt solution of metal base body, ultrasonically dispersing, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, reducing nano-copper powder and graphite, magnetically stirring, evaporating to dryness in oven, setting obtained dried graphene-copper composite powder under hydrogen atmosphere, reducing composite powder, pressing to form block, and plasma sintering pressed mixed powder.
