▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of porous hexagonal cobalt titanate microrod/reduced graphene oxide composite gas-sensitive material involves uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in N-methylpyrrolidone, obtaining graphene oxide solution of N-methylpyrrolidone, dissolving cobalt acetate tetrahydrate and titanium(IV) butoxide in ethylene glycol, stirring at room temperature, adjusting the pH value to 4-6, obtaining light pink solution, adding graphene oxide-N-methylpyrrolidone solution to pale pink solution, ultrasonically stirring at room temperature, adding resultant mixture to a reactor, performing microwave hydrothermal reaction at 180-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling, washing, drying, and calcining in nitrogen atmosphere. USE - Preparation of porous hexagonal cobalt titanate microrod/reduced graphene oxide composite gas-sensitive material. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides porous hexagonal cobalt titanate microrod/reduced graphene oxide composite gas-sensitive material having excellent sensitivity with respect to ethanol gas, in short period of time at low operating temperature.
