NOVELTY - A coating comprises 35-40 wt.% binder, 0.1-0.5 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.3 wt.% nano zinc, 35-40 wt.% non-nano zinc metal powder, and 6-10 wt.% filler. USE - Coating is used for coating target workpiece (claimed) i.e. screw. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good corrosion resistance, and is uniformly and stably coated on the target workpiece through the non-nano zinc metal powder as a sacrificial positive electrode, so as to avoid the target workpiece to generate corrosion. By using the dense structure formed by the nano zinc, the chemical property of the graphene is stable, it can fill the structure cavity, it is easy to compound with other organic characteristics, and the nano-zinc and graphene form a protective mechanism with good barrier effect, so it can produce workpiece with excellent rust-proof efficiency on the surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for coating method, which involves stirring the coating for 5-10 minutes, filtering the coating, applying the coating to a target workpiece using a centrifugal coating equipment, sintering the coated target workpiece at 280-340°C for 30-40 minutes, and cooling the target workpiece to room temperature.
