▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluorine-containing flexible sensor comprises (a) mixing liquid end hydroxy fluoro rubber and carbon material according to a material ratio of 1:1-4:1 under ultrasonic/microwave condition of 50-200 Hz to make it fully mixed, (b) solidifying the prepared mixed system by using isocyanate compound curing agent, (c) quickly and uniformly coating the solidified mixed system on the mold by a wire rod spreader, making it uniform, and having a liquid film with a fixed film thickness, (d) irradiating the prepared liquid film with ultraviolet lamp for 10 minutes, placing into electric blast dryer at 70-120℃, heating for 2-6 hours, and (e) quickly coating the liquid film on the mold by the wire rod coater. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluorine-containing flexible sensor used as sealant, encapsulating agent, coating additive and substrate material of high performance flexible sensor. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-containing flexible sensor has good thermal stability, chemical corrosion resistance, and good conductivity and mechanical property.
