NOVELTY - High-quality graphene prepared by discharge plasma sintering or reduction of graphene, and nanometal powder are added to ethanol solution, and ultrasonic mixing is carried out to obtain mixture. The mixture is ball-milled, dried and sintered to obtain graphene-metal matrix composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene-metal matrix composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides graphene-metal matrix composite material having high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, and high strength, by a simple process.
