NOVELTY - Graphene cold-coated zinc coating comprises 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. high boiling point solvents, 15-20 pts. wt. cold-coated zinc resin, 0.1-1 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.7-1.5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 1-1.5 pts. wt. polyamide wax and 73-83 pts. wt. zinc powder. USE - Used as a graphene cold-coated zinc coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: has low pollution and consumes low energy, which can meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection; adopts the one-component packaging, which can be cured at room temperature, and dried quickly; has short recoating interval; and reduces construction costs and shortens the construction period. The coating: has excellent salt spray resistance and excellent anti-corrosion performance, at the same time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene cold-coated zinc coating comprising (1) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene, preparing the graphene dispersant and the high boiling point solvent, and a graphene slurry, (2) adding the graphene slurry to the cold-coated zinc resin, uniformly dispersing at a speed of 700-900 rotations/minute, (3) adding the silane coupling agent to the product, performing uniform dispersion at a speed of 700-900 rotations/minute, (4) adding the organic bentonite, uniformly dispersing at a speed of 900-1200 rotations/minute, (5) adding the polyamide wax to the product, uniformly dispersing at a speed of 1400-1700 rotations/minute, and (6) adding the zinc powder to the product, and uniformly dispersing at a speed of 2500-2700 rotations/minute.
