▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A water-based anti-electromagnetic radiation architectural coating comprises 15-25 pts. wt. water, 3-10 pts. wt. water-soluble graphene, 20-35 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 2-4 pts. wt. calcium sulfate, 15-25 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 8-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 8-15 pts. wt. kaolin, 4-15 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 2-4 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 5-7 pts. wt. thickener, 2-5 pts. wt. pigment, and 5-15 pts. wt. additives. USE - Water-based anti-electromagnetic radiation architectural coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, light weight, no settlement, stable performance, good shielding effect, safety and environmental protection, etc., and can effectively reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation on people's health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of a water-based anti-electromagnetic radiation architectural coating, which involves (1) mixing graphene and dispersant at a mass ratio of 10-20:1, grounding in a sand mill for 15-30 minutes to obtain water-soluble graphene with high dispersibility, (2) (a) adding water, water-soluble graphene, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, and barium carbonate to the dispersing tank according to the raw materials and their proportions, adding Kaolin and additives after high-speed dispersion to obtain a dispersion, (b) grinding the dispersion liquid to a suitable fineness less than or equal to 50 microns to obtain a grinding liquid, (c) adding acrylic emulsion, defoamer, ethylene glycol, leveling agent, thickener and pigment to the grinding liquid, and the viscosity is adjusted to 95-100 KU and the pH value is 8-9, drying surface dryness for 2 hours, gloss, and stirring evenly.
