NOVELTY - System comprises a low-carbon desalination system includes a two vertical plates, a light-transmitting top plate (1), a plurality of thin tubes coated with a light-to-heat conversion coating (2), a salt water catchment area (3), and a top plate coated with intelligent temperature control film (4). A plurality of thin tubes (5) coated with a hydrophilic coating and a fresh water collection tank (6). The light-transmitting top plate is light-transmitting glass plate or plastic plate. The thin tube coated with a light-to-heat conversion coating is a glass tube coated with a light-to-heat conversion coating or a plastic tube coated with a light-to-heat conversion coating. The top plate coated with intelligent temperature control film is a glass plate or a plastic plate coated with intelligent temperature control film. The thin tube coated with a hydrophilic coating is a glass tube coated with a hydrophilic coating or a plastic tube coated with a hydrophilic coating. USE - The system is useful for low-carbon desalination, seawater desalination, brackish water desalination and saline-alkali restoration (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system: solves problems of existing membrane separation technology is high energy consumption technology, large amount of resources waste and seawater desalination materials driven by solar energy cannot use to remove salinity in soil; provides low-carbon desalination system, which is based on solar evaporation technology and intelligent temperature control technology, without additional energy; has 99.5% high desalination rate, which is economical; can achieve purpose of desalination by relying on solar energy; and can recover salt and realize resource utilization of salt.
