▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-based modified lubricating oil with good heat-conducting performance comprises 80.0-99.0 pts. wt. base oil, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. detergent, 0.05-2.0 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.01-2.0 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.01-2.0 pts. wt. antiwear agent, 0.02-2 pts. wt. antirust agent, 0.01-0.2 pt. wt. modified graphene and 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. carbon nanotube. The modified graphene and modified carbon nanotube are prepared using syringaldehyde as modifier. USE - Graphene-based modified lubricating oil with good heat-conducting performance. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanotube of lubricating oil can be effectively grafted between sheet layers of modified graphene crystal. The lubricating oil has friction coefficient of as low as 0.03, highest heat conducting coefficient reaching to 0.4 W/(m-K), simple and easy to obtain raw materials, simple preparation, good heat stability and high heat efficiency, and is non-toxic and safety-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene-based modified lubricating oil with good heat-conducting performance comprising: (A) putting carbon nanotube and graphene into muffle furnace, heating to 350-40degrees Celsius, high temperature processing for 2-4 hours, taking out and cooling to room temperature to obtain carbon nanotube and graphene mixture; (B) modifying and grafting carbon nanotube and graphene mixture by modifie, washing diluted hydrochloric acid with concentration of 0.01-0.1 mol/L, washing by deionized water, separating carbon nanotube and graphene mixture with cleaning liquid and macromolecular cluster by centrifugal separation, and obtaining grafted modified carbon nanotube and graphene; (C) mixing grafted modified carbon nantube and graphene with base oil, emulsifying and shearing for 0.5-1 hour, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2-3 hours; (D) processing oil sample by heating system of vacuum filter for drying water, and filtering mixture macromolecule through 5 microm or 10 microm filter screen to obtain oil sample with grain diameter of 3-8 microm; (E) adding dispersant and detergent into oil sample, and continuously stirring for 2-3 hours; adding remaining components in oil sample, and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours; and (F) adding oil sample into rubber grinder to continuously process for 40-60 minutes; and adding oil sample into high pressure homogenizer, anad homogenizing for 30-60 minutes at high pressure.
