▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of fluorinated graphene with high fluorocarbon ratio, involves Step 1, putting the graphene into the reaction kettle, heating up to 320-350 degrees C, introducing inert gas within 30-60 seconds to increase the pressure to 1-1.5MPa, and maintaining for 1-3 minutes, then releasing the gas, and circulating the above-mentioned pressure-increasing-pressure-holding-pressure reduction steps 5-10 times to obtain pretreated graphene, Step 2, heating the pretreated graphene to 320-350 degrees C and carrying out fluorination reaction. USE - Preparation of fluorinated graphene with high fluorocarbon ratio for use in preparation of lubricants (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases the fluorine-to-carbon ratio of fluorinated graphene, thereby ensuring good lubricating performance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
