NOVELTY - The plate has a plate main body provided with upper and lower conductive layers (1,4) i.e. graphite film, a luminescent layer (2), a transition layer (3) and a protective layer (5). The luminescent layer is coated on a surface of the upper conductive layer in a uniform manner. Thickness of the upper conductive layer is 0.34-3nm. Thickness of the luminescent layer is 1-20 microns. Thickness of the transition layer is 5-10 microns. The transition layer is adhered with a dielectric layer i.e. UV curing glue, and an insulating layer. Thickness of the protective layer is 50-700 microns. USE - Graphene electroluminescence cold light plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate fixes the graphite film with the luminescent layer evenly and tightly so as to improve lighting stability of the plate main body, increases lighting brightness, realizes a graphene electroluminescence cold light plate manufacturing process in a simple manner, and is capable of reducing surface properties of the transition layer and the conductive layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The luminescent layer is selected from a group consisting of ZnS, Mn, ZnS, Tb, SrS and Ce. The protective layer is glass, transparent plastic film or transparent insulating paint. The material of the insulating layer is selected from SiNO, one or combination of BaTiO3 and CeTiO2.
