NOVELTY - The preparation method of a graphene film with high thermal conductivity involves: (S1) dispersing 0.01-1 wt.% metal salt particles in a solvent to obtain a metal salt solution; (S2) adding the metal salt solution into the graphene oxide slurry to obtain metal element compounded graphene oxide aqueous slurry; (S3) coating and drying the graphene oxide aqueous slurry compounded by the metal elements to obtain a graphene oxide film; (S4) carrying out heat treatment on the graphene oxide film to obtain a graphene foam film; and (S5) carrying out calendaring treatment on the graphene foam film to obtain the graphene film. The metal salt particles are iron, cobalt, nickel, titanium, chromium or boron and its chlorides or oxides. The solvent is deionized water, and alcohols such as methanol or ethanol and acetone. USE - Preparation method of a graphene film with high thermal conductivity used in electronic products with high heat dissipation requirements such as smart-phones, notebook computers and tablet computers, and in aerospace, and medical instruments. ADVANTAGE - The heat treatment stage only needs low temperature and graphitization heat treatment, so that the heat treatment process is simplified, the manufacturing efficiency is improved, and the cost of the graphene film is reduced.
