▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Compound cement-based artificial stone comprises surface layer and substrate layer. The substrate layer comprises 10-25 wt.% cement, 70-85 wt.% aggregate composition A , 1-10 wt.% admixture A and 0-0.3 wt.% water. The aggregate composition A comprises 50-70 wt.% quartz sand, 15-30 wt.% cullet, 5-10 wt.% modified limestone particles, and 5-10 wt.% unsaturated resin. The surface layer comprises 20-35 wt.% cement, 60-75 wt.% aggregate composition B', 1-10 wt.% admixture B' and 0-0.3 wt.% water. The aggregate composition B' comprises 50-70 wt.% quartz sand, 15-30 wt.% river sand, 5-10 wt.% modified limestone particles, 5-10 wt.% unsaturated resin and 5-10 wt.% glass fiber. USE - Composite cement-based artificial stone used in the field of building stone, which is used as original building material for building of building, and used in inner and outer wall decoration when it is used in large range. ADVANTAGE - The stone uses modified limestone particles to replace the traditional common limestone particles, which effectively reduce the oil absorption value of the processed product, enhancing the strength, and reduce water absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite cement-substrated artificial stone, which involves: (a) mixing aggregate composition A, cement, cement water reducing agent and antioxidant uniformly in a weight ratio to obtain dry-mixed mixture A, taking aggregate composition B', cement, cement water reducing agent and antioxidant based on weight ratio, and dry-mixing uniformly to obtain dry-mixed mixture B'; (b) stirring and mixing water, styrene, triethanolamine and nano graphene oxide uniformly based on weight ratio to obtain suspension A, stirring and mixing water, styrene, pigment, triethanolamine and nano graphene oxide uniformly based on weight ratio to obtain turbid liquid B'; (c) mixing dry-mixed mixture A and suspension A and stirring uniformly to obtain substrate mixture, mixing dry-mixed mixture B' with suspension B' and stirring uniformly to obtain surface layer mixture; (d) pouring substrate mixture into mold, vibrating mold until upper surfaces of substrate mixture in mold are in the same horizontal plane, drying until water content in substrate mixture is lower than 2%, pouring surface layer mixture onto upper surface of substrate mixture in mold, vibrating mold until upper surface of surface layer mixture in mold is in the same horizontal plane, and leveling upper surface of surface layer mixture; and (e) taking artificial stone out of mold, and drying until water content is lower than 0.1%. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of method for preparing new composite cement-based artificial stone. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
