NOVELTY - A graphene coated film includes graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane in the mass ratio of 0.5-30%, preferably 5-10%. The surface of the coated film is processed with convex hull structures or pit structures arranged at intervals. USE - Graphene coated film. ADVANTAGE - The coated film has excellent plasticity, flexibility and stability, and achieves excellent anti-corrosion and self-cleaning functions, and can be self-healing after the damage, and can be manufactured by simple process and is suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of self cleaning graphene coated film, which involves uniformly mixing and stirring graphene oxide and polydimethylsiloxane in the mass ratio of 0.5-30%, allowing the mixture to stand for 0.5 hours or more, injecting the organic solvent of 1-8 times the mass of the polydimethylsiloxane for dilution, and stirring to obtain a precursor liquid, vacuum degassing and curing at 50-220 degrees C for 0.5 hours, coating the precursor liquid 1-10 times on the substrate by spin coating, vacuum drying and curing, preparing convex hull structures or pit structures uniformly arranged at intervals on the surface of the vacuum-cured film by laser processing to obtain the graphene coated film, and ultrasonically cleaning the graphene coated film.
