NOVELTY - Preparing flexible sensor, comprises providing a carbon nano-tube fiber with a surface modified with graphene layer, plating gold on the surface of the graphene layer to obtain the carbon nano-tube/ graphene/gold fiber, soaking the carbon nano tube/graphene/gold fiber into nucleic acid aptamer solution for incubation treatment to obtain the fiber working electrode, where the nucleic acid aptamer is one end modified with sulfydryl, and the other end is modified with oligonucleotide sequence of probe molecule and weaving the fiber working electrode and the fiber reference electrode and the fiber counter electrode. USE - The flexible sensor is useful in manufacturing the wear-resistant fabric sensor, preferably a wristband, a headband and a T-shirt (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the charge storage capacity and effective active area of the carbon nano-tube fiber by using the conductivity and hydrophilicity of the grapheme.
